The O2

After a couple of crits on Tues and Weds, we gained more focus on our O2 brief and where it was heading, using modular origami we will be creating a set of posters to promote and inform people about the O2 arena and what it has to offer the public. Choosing three aspects about the arena each, we can design individually and put our ideas together and crit ourselves as a collaboration. I am designing posters for, Eating and drinking at the O2, The student night held their every Monday and The O2 Bubble which displays exhibitions and is aimed to inspire the customers cultural knowledge, holding exhibitions etc. We have also done a large piece for a generic "we're better connected" poster which just illustrates this tag line using a modular origami ball, promoting O2.







The plan is to use the floor plan and map and create a leaflet. This leaflet can be distributed around stores and get sent out to customers when they have purchased tickets etc. The leaflet will continue the origami, paper connection design. This will fit with the current concept and also be an interesting but useful piece of design for the user to interact with and keep for future reference.

o2 visuals





THis is the logo and current visual language used throughout O2 designs at the moment, the brief reminds us about their current visual language. We have decided to use this when concidering our own design ideas. The O2 brand is very recognisable so makes sense to use what is currently working and adapting it to our ideas
